Hi, I am Kian, currently serving as UX Design Lead for Microsoft's Mixed Reality Design and Research org. I drive the creation of immersive and accessible experiences through design vision and leadership. With over 2 decades of experience in the creative industry, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, human-centered Mixed Reality products. I led the design for many HoloLens customer projects across various industries like public sector, education, healthcare, mining, construction and more.
