Principles
As a UX and visual designer, my goal is to create an immersive, delightful, inclusive, and accessible experience for augmented (AR), virtual (VR) or mixed reality (MR) in any platform. My focus are: always obsess and get to know the user, design objectively for the user, and get the design tested by the user. Success is achieved when the user love it.
Current
Today, I am very fortunate to work in Microsoft, and among the best folks in the mixed reality business. Crafting an amazing experience on the HoloLens can be truly rewarding and breathtaking. Using Agile development methodology, we are pushing new boundaries daily on all front - art, tech, design and thought process, in order to make each experience unique and magical.
Past
Previously, I was designing fresh and engaging experiences for various Microsoft Learning portals and contributed to modernizing and gamifying the platform. Some of the portals were Microsoft Professional Program, Microsoft Virtual Academy and Imagine Academy.
I have also spent more than a decade before Microsoft, in crafting visual development and animation projects for video games and tabletop entertainments. Some of the PC titles I have worked on were Grey Goo, End of Nations and Universe at War. I have also worked on tabletop games like Rocketmen, Pirates of Spanish Main, HeroClix, MechWarrior and MageKnight series.
